These new Sunday workouts will be a change of pace from the Saturday boot camps you are used to at Priority Fitness. They will be hard challenges that we will attack together as a team. These workouts will help you find out what you’re made of. Hard workouts will help you increase your mental strength just as much as your physical strength, and it will translate to your job, your family, and your fitness. We are forced to face obstacles and challenges everyday. When obstacles show up in our lives, we have 2 choices…We can overcome the obstacle or we can let the obstacle overcome us. Every time you choose to dig a little deeper and push through hard challenges you grow stronger. These workouts will help you grow!
