Let’s gather, play and unwind on Mondays at 6:15pm with yoga practices mindfully designed to strengthen, stretch and relax your body. Nourish yourself with movement and breath to support your everyday lifestyle.

About Myrrha:
I’ve been diligently studying and practicing yoga for over seven years now. My formal practice began with Forrest yoga in Seattle at Kula Movement studio. From there my practice grew trying out all different styles and adjusting my practice that best suited my body and needs. I have studied with Judith Lasater’ learning Relax and Renew yoga in San Francisco, CA. Currently I am continuing my yoga studies at Yoga Patch in Waldo. My joys are quality time with people, reading, writing in my journal, cooking (and eating!), hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and a cup of tea.
