Baltuska Chiropractic does not accept health insurance. This allows us to maintain very simple and affordable costs of care. Our rates are comparable to a “co-pay” with your In-Network provider. We do not require patients to sign contracts for long term care.On your first visit, you can expect a physical exam that includes: patient case history, and orthopedic tests. If Dr. Baltuska determines that further testing or imaging is required, you may be referred to another facility before beginning treatment. If imaging and/or labs are not indicated, you can expect an Adjustment on your first visit. Children 10 yrs and younger may receive complimentary adjustments as long as their parent is treated during the same visit. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork at our office. We will ask to make a copy of your driver’s license at this time. I look forward to working with you!
